It is amazing what can be made from waste!

These dresses were made by Northampton School for Girls using waste and charity shop items.

Top Hints

Create a scrap paper draw

Have a scrap paper draw in every classroom so that paper can be used again rather than just recycled if it has some blank spaces that can be filled.

Recycling schemes

When the Waste Education Bus visits a school, pupils are given a sheet of stickers to colour in. They then need to stick the stickers to their correct recycling box or bin at home. This list should help the pupils find out which box or bin they need to put their stickers on to, depending on where they live.
